So I have decided to try MDA's Primal Living Challenge. I actually had already registered for a movnat clinic in Toronto Canada in a few weeks. This great looking gym strengthbox is hosting it, and I only found them through one of Mark's posts on his MDA. Thanks Mark!
I have eaten primally so far today, and after leaving another message at the only Crossfit gym near me, I am about to start a Lift Heavy Things workout in my basement. My challenge is not having a pullup bar. I did recently obtain a lat machine, which is currently out in the barn awaiting installation. Hopefully that will be installed soon and I can at least start moving toward that Essential Movement. My husband has promised to install a pullup bar as soon as his fishing charter business dies down.
My ultimate goal is to be able to do 5 kipping pullups, if it kills me!
